Member of Cornejo & Umaña, a member firm of Russell Bedford International since 2010. Professional with over 13 years of experience in audit, financial and tax entities, industrial, commercial, services, foundations, non-profit associations and trusts; as well as experience in special work-related Due Diligence Assitance, Appraisals, Mergers and Liquidations of Companies and Processes of Adoption of IFRS for SMES.

Experience in institutions regulated by the financial system, such as: insurance and titularizadoras. Experience in tax audit of: banks, trusts, insurance companies, savings banks.

Authorized to perform the external audit by the Consejo de Vigilancia de la Profesión de Contaduría Pública y Auditoría under the Number 4867 and authorized to carry out the accounting under the Number 3128. Registered as an accountant and auditor to the Unit of Financial investigations of the office of the Prosecutor General of the Republic.
