(Latin America), ltd and KPMG Consultores, SA, by the space of 14 years and 10 years as a Manager of Internal Audit in the European Union, and Local Businesses. Authorized to perform the external audit by the supervisory Board of the Profession of Public Accounting and Auditing, and a member of the review team of professional practice appointed by this Government Institution to evaluate the quality of the local practice of auditing. Named accountant of the year 2016 by the national Institute of certified Public Accountants.

EDWIN D. UMAÑAPartner of Financial Services and Audit

Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas (UCA). He has more than 30 years of experience in Audit and Financial Advisory firms of audit International, including his performance as a Senior Manager of KPMG Peat Marwick in charge of the Unit of Financial Services for the space of 14 years, and 3 years as a Manager of Audit Firm Mc Gladrey & Pullen. Authorized to perform the external audit by the supervisory Board of the Profession of Public Accounting and Auditing under the Number 1956 and a member of the review team of professional practice appointed by this Government Institution to evaluate the quality of the local practice of auditing. Ex-member of the Board of Directors of the national Institute of certified Public Accountants.
